What Does This Privacy Policy Cover? This Privacy Policy covers FXLabs & Knibble's treatment of personal information that FXLabs gathers, when you are on the FXLabs website and when you use FXlabs services.

This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that FXLabs or Knibble do not own or control, or to individuals that FXLabs or Knibble do not employ or manage.

Who can Use FXLabs or Knibble's Services?

Any adult who is at least 13 years or older can register to use the FXLabs website. As a result, FXLabs does not specifically collect information about children.

What Personal Information About Users does FXLabs Collect?

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a friendly, customized, and efficient experience. We collect the following types of information from our users:

  4. Social sharing of data: FXLabs allows other users to browse races you have voted on, races you have created, blogged, or commented on. This information is made available via your member profile (www.knibble.com/user/username and/or www.fxlabs.com/user/username), or within the permalink URL of the race in which you performed the action on. FXLabs may choose to post this data on other site features in the future.
  5. Profile information: FXLabs allows other users to browse your full name, location, age group and the URLs, you provided on your profile page, should you provide this optional information.
  6. Syndication: FXLabs allows for the RSS syndication of all of its public content within the website.
  7. Friends Data: Much like other social services FXLabs allows non-friends to browse through your friends activities.
  8. API: FXLabs will allow 3rd parties access to all FXLabs data this is already publicly available through www.knibble.com or www.fxlabs.com. FXLabs will forever keep private passwords and blog settings.
  9. Many companies offer programs that help you to visit websites anonymously. While FXLabs will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these programs are available.

What About Cookies?
