Sashi founded FXLabs in 2004 with a vision to build India's leading game company. FXLabs aims to become the leading
developer and publisher of games for all platforms including PC, console, online casual, MMOG, and handhelds.
Sashi Reddi is also founder, chairman & CEO of AppLabs Technologies (www.applabs.com), a $100 MM global IT services
company backed by Sequoia Capital. A serial entrepreneur, Sashi started two other companies prior to AppLabs. His first
company EZPower Systems was acquired by DocuCorp International (NASDAQ: DOCC), a Safeguard Scientifics company. Following
DocuCorp, he founded iCoop to provide group purchasing software to co-operative businesses such as Dunkin Donuts. He began
his career consulting on technology and strategy to Fortune 500 companies.
Sashi received his BTech (B.S.) degree in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, an M.S. in computer science from New York University and a Ph.D. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Radhika Srinivasan worked as Portfolio Manager covering EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and India for Intel Capital, the in-house venture capital group of Intel Corporation from May 2000. In this role, Radhika most recently monitored 97 portfolio companies with an investment of $450 Million and dealt with a variety of shareholder issues, including IPOs, mergers, company restructurings and tax-related matters in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to this, Radhika managed $200 Million of Intel's cash in EMEA, including investments in fixed-income securities and Intel's foreign exchange hedging transactions in EMEA. Radhika worked for Intel for 10 years in Paris, France, the UK and India.
Radhika has an MBA from IIM Calcutta, a Masters in International Business from the ENPC, Paris and has completed Levels I and II of the CFA program offered by the CFA Institute in the USA. She has also worked for VST Industries, ABB and ITC Ltd. in India in various Finance and Sales positions.

Sathya is responsible for the overall production design process, resource management, technical and creative quality in the capacity of a Creative Director and Producer at FXLabs. Interestingly, Sathya started his professional career as a cinematographer with Indian feature films. In 1995, he was the Head of the Visual Effects and Animation division at EFX Prasad, Chennai. At EFX, Sathya expanded his exposure to the entire range of film production techniques from visual effects, film processing, sound design and picture editing. During this time, Sathya and his team created stunning visual effects for over 50 feature films and advertisements. His team also won several "Screen" and "Film fare" awards.
In 1999, Sathya joined "Mantra", the visual effects and animation studio of Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. The Sandstorm sequence for the feature film "Hey Ram" won him the National Award for best VFX. He also had the privilege to work with Mark Homes of Industrial Light and Magic / Sony Pictures Image works as Visual effects supervisor. Sathya went on to become AVP - Animation Services at DQ Entertainment Ltd to head the 3D Animation and Digital Ink & Paint divisions. Sathya strives to blend imagination and technology to create spectacular storytelling and 3D imagery.
Phani has over 15 years of experience in the animation world.
Prior to this, as VP and CTO, he was involved in the start up of Dataquest (presently DQ Entertainment Ltd). Later he worked as VP and CTO at Danlaw Technologies India Limited, Hyderabad, heading their animation division, AMM Studio.
Apart from being an animator, cartoonist, illustrator and designer, he has the experience of establishing and leading large animation production teams.
His experience includes running his own animation studio in Chennai, India, during which time he had completed a 13X22 min first of its kind cartoon animation serial in Hindi called "Tara ki Duniya" which was later telecast on the National Television Network in India. Apart from this, he worked on several commercials, children’s programs and feature film special effects.
He has been a consultant in the animation space for very large organizations in India.
Phani has a Bachelors in Technology from the Institute of Technology, BHU. He also has a Masters in Design in Visual Communication from the Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay with animation, computer graphics and video as his chosen areas of specialization.

Imran heads the gaming division of FXLabs. He manages a team of 25 developers, artists and QA engineers and is working on PC and XBOX game development.
Imran has over 8 years of experience in multimedia product development. Prior to FXLabs, Imran worked as a Technical Lead for Wavexpress Inc, a New York, US based company that is involved in turnkey digital multimedia solutions for broadband cable networks. At Wavexpress he was responsible for end-to-end development of software products that are now being used by major Cable Networks of US. Over the past 8 years Imran has worked in the fields of Mpeg Standards (MPEG2/4), Data Compression and Image Processing and with prestigious international companies like Lucent, Sharp Labs and Sarnoff Inc.
Imran has a B-Tech from Osmania University College of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering
